I’m a straight up guy, no beating around the bush, just real talk with real action. This game right here… lifting weights, burning fat, pumping iron or whatever else you wanna call it, is what I was born to do. I’ve been living and breathing it for over 25 years and have carefully honed my skills among the best. These include legendary olympic coach Charles Poliquin, Top Ten Mr Olympian Milos Sarcev and numerous professional and amateur Strength/Fitness athletes.
Armed with these skills, I’ve played Ice Hockey for Great Britain and have come in the top 6 in the British Bodybuilding Championships. I will get you where you wanna go. Expert coaching, precise nutritional programming and a whole lot of sweat and tears. I’m no Willy Wonka, sugar coating ain’t my flex.
